Worship Ministries
Worship is more than singing praise songs in church. Worship should be a lifestyle. Romans 12 says "...offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God --this is your spiritual act of worship." To live in a healthy relationship with God, to shape our lives around His truth, and to worship (ascribing worth to) Him with our whole being is our reason for existence.

Join us for Sunday Worship at 9:00am and 10:45am (Worship Service & Classes) for a weekly celebration that includes worship through music, fellowship, prayer, stewardship, and Bible application with Pastor Bill. Discover activities for everyone in the family. Our doors are open to you!

Decorating
We have a wonderful group that decorates our facility for numerous activities. They add warmth and beauty with their decorations in our foyer as well. They meet once a month for a planning meeting and are on call to decorate the sanctuary, the foyer, and the restrooms. There are certain functions during the year they decorate specifically for such as women's events, Christmas, Easter, and other holidays. If you are interested in joining the team, contact Marjie Gubbe through the church office.

Communion
We share in communion several times a year. All believers in Christ are invited to participate, not solely members of our church. This simple act reminds us that Jesus sacrificed his life for us. It's an important symbol of the new covenant and a statement of faith for those who participate. A person’s heart should be focused and open to cleansing before participating in communion.

Baptism
We celebrate our relationship with God through baptism. We encourage every Christian to make their faith public by giving testimony and being baptized. Baptism follows the example of Jesus (who was baptized) and is in obedience to his command. A true believer shows the world that their life is radically adjusted to Christ's ways by participating in this act which symbolizes Christ’s death, resurrection, and the new life it brings.

Baby Dedication
Parents bring their child for baby dedication when they publicly go before God and commit to raising them with God’s help and guidance. Parents and extended family join the pastor to profess their faith in God and their dependence on Him. The congregation is asked to pray for the family, to support them, and to be witnesses of Christ as the child grows up in the church.
Psalm 127:3
"Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from him."
Mark 10:16
"Then he [Jesus] took the children into his arms and placed his hands on their heads and blessed them."
Ephesians 6:4b
"...bring them [your children] up with the discipline and instruction approved by the Lord."
